I've Encountered 2 Types of Players as a Support

Players who feed and blame me for feeding regardless if I spam my everything to try and contain their feeding.

And then the players who seem to know how to coordinate with their support and have a tendency to congratulate me on a job well done.

But maybe that's just me.

I play with quite a few in between the two.

I'm the latter. Well, I try to remain positive, if I cannot, then I simply say nothing. I only ping if I believe if we're getting flanked. But I found it very hard to win a game if my ADC is either extremely TOO passive or TOO tilted. It's a rarity to find a decent adc.

I normally mute the toxicity. As for the too passive, I lashed out behind the screen. I simply say nothing to the adc. Because I don't need any more conflict or encouraging them to do even worse.

Just /mute all and then you will never see their flame.

I never talk in game for a simple reason.

If you do bad, team will just flame you. If you do good early, you earn praise from your team. But the minute things go sour, they suddenly get bipolar and lash on you. I'd rather not waste energy and argue with them.

I've been lucky as someone who is attempting to learn support. I am known in my friend group for doing fairly poorly in general. I don't play a lot of ranked as I am unsure of my ability and want to get better at the basics. But I've been lucky in the sense that most randoms I play with understand I'm new and am trying to learn.
