Perma banned for using Wooxy for the magical summoners rift map skin

I got banned last year and i wanted to get back into the game but i am perma banned and lost all my skins. When i asked support they said that i used hacks that gave me an advantage over my opponents (when i only used a map skin that was purely cosmetic). I have never been banned before and suddenly i get perma banned without warning and support won't tell me what they've found that would give me an advantage. I have over 150 euros in skins in that account and a lot of champions. I am getting really desperate atm because support won't help and they deleted all my tickets and i cant acces them anymore. The forum is pretty much my last stand. What can i do or who can i contact to get my account unbanned because ive done nothing wrong and its really frustrating because i am completely powerless. Ive been playing since 2014 and i really want to get back into the game but i am unmotivated to get all the champs back and play without all my favorite skins. I wanted to ask some advice (if any) on the boards here.

Any modifying of your client and game without permission from Riot is against Terms of Service

If you have not already, try a live chat with a rioter rather than a ticket. They are more efficient for these kinds of situations.

While some third party programs are considered "safe" they are all "use at your own risk".

Wooxy is generally comsidered low risk, but even there, it's possible something was slipped into the code or the download was corrupted in a way to look like a hack.

And I've seen enough people lying about what they used I tend to be skeptical when they try to blame a 'safe' program.

They dont care ho much money u wasted the only reason is then u use a 3 party program then are not relate with LoL official content; like skin then are not in the game or map skin and bots too.

Any kind of third part program is considered a hack so I myself would never take the risk. Even map skins are not allowed unless it's from Riot, like the snow map skins for snow down urf. I didn't know there were programs for map skins but still I would recommend staying away from them.
