Perma banned for this:

(Context): Support starts flaming me because he says I don't know how to jungle and cause him to lose his series. Starts calling me names like ''fucking retard''. Following are the chat logs, I was perma-banned over this one game:

Ellipsum: you can't lie your way to the top you know that right? It's a real shame I can't present you the Janna chat logs though. What do you guys think?

Well, I see you arguing and harassing the Janna, threatening to report, claiming you muted them (although it looks like you go straight back to flaming them, so I doubt you did), and it also looks like you openly harassed them in /all Chat.

On top of repeating the hate speech you claimed Janna used, you're just altogether really negative and argumentative throughout the match. If you came off of a fourteen-day ban recently, this permanent ban is well-deserved.

If you're being entirely honest about your circumstance then I would think that this is indeed an unjust ban.

Sometimes this happens when you repeat hate speech uttered by other players, as the system picks up on it and will punish you for using that language. The phrase "fucking retard" was probably added to the list of zero tolerance language.

You can always try making a support ticket, as they can review your case and they might reduce the punishment. But if you want that you're going to have to not be rude to them in your ticket.

All that aside I think it's also possible that this chat did result in a punishment and potentially justly so. It's not that the chat by itself warrants a permanent ban, but if you have had a 14-day ban and you haven't recovered your standing since then, it is possible for any level of punishable behavior - no matter how minor - to result in being elevated to the next and final stage of punishment (permaban).

If I had to guess what may have been punishable about your chat (if this ban was somehow justified) then I would say it could have been the fact that you argued back and forth with the Janna for like 7-8 lines about how it's their fault they are losing. Attributing blame isn't really helpful to any situation, and this one especially because the player is clearly already tilted off the face of the earth and flaming. Antagonizing them in this way could potentially be seen as punishable.

Like I said I don't think this chat warrants a punishment. But it's still possible that it did. I don't know 100% how Riot's system judges stuff.

Yeah think the ban systems got problems, just got a 14 day ban even though I have no previous "offences"

A combination of retaliation (not allowed, ever, no exceptions, nobody wants to see two brats fighting) and quotation - after a 14 day ban you should have known better.

Since you seem unable to learn or take a warning, riot dropped the banhammer.

Never repeat what anybody says in Pre-game/In-Game/Post-Game chat. Stuff like that gets picked up & automatically flagged by the System. I personally almost never use the Chat system unless I need to call out something like say Dragon or Baron. That or have friendly Early game banter. As for going Straight to PERMA-BAN status, you must have recieved a 14-day ban previously in order to get a Permaban so quickly. As for the Janna, if they didn't get banned this game, they'll get theirs eventually if they keep up their attitude. I'd just send in a ticket & wait & see what they say.

dude i feel your pain but i got fucked differently played an aram game, was not toxic, i made a comment and this player called me an idiot even though my comment was right i never swear her or was flame, bur she toid enemy i was being racist, that made me pissed because the enemy said they will report me for being racist so i got mad and called her a whore while typing from rage, flammed her once because she lied and they believed her, she reported me but nothing happened, next game someone on my team called me the N word and she told someone else to kys, post game screen 1 enemy player and i was left so i told him to report that player for saying the N word and telling someone to kys, the toxic player was mad at me the whole game aswell thats why she called me the n word so she obviously reported me, but when i told the enemy report her for that, i typed to the dude what she said so the instant feedback banned me, riot support sees that there was no fault but because of the previous game where i said one word, they didnt lift my ban, 1 game, 1 word, was not a death threat, was not racial comment, was not homophobic comment but i get my perma from 1 game
