ok i get chat restriction for just 10 games for my bad behavior and i understand that,what makes me even worse is the fact that thanks to that i will not ever complete my mastery 7 or 6 champions because of that or get loot.seriously so am getting permanent punished for that behavior on a level that infects my performance judged by my attitude really riot where is your logic behind that? explain me how the attitude will determine my performance since now i cant get mastery token or lute.and the best part you dont even try to understand why people rage to each other.the real reason is the feeeeeeeed they doing and most time on purpose.am not talk for the guy that ends up 0/4 on his lane but for the guys that rotaters each and every lane to feed them and then you answer us ( oh well that was just in one game so we cant ban him) so what if wish him death in only one game and also tell him that he supposed to be one of the 3 milions that hi.tler burned alive ) what now? seriosuly start checking the in game score.when you see a guy ends up with 15 and even more deaths and especially in ranked modes seruiosuly ban him atleast 7 days.next time 20/i ensure you the flamew will reduced immedietly if you just start ban the feeders and seriosuly give me back the right to earn my tokens for masterys thats redecioulous punishing my performance for my behavior.

It's not permanent. You will work off your Hextech loot ineligibility by playing games and showing positive behavior. If you don't play or you are still negative when you do, it's going to be awfully hard to work it off. It's them saying "Your flaming you have no skill, so you get no mastery or loot." it's them saying "You're flaming so you don't deserve the right to have these rewards." It's incentive to not be a Toxic Flaming Asshole. You can also earn the right to get these rewards back by "Reforming" yourself in riot's eyes by not flaming people.

You aren't a good player if you can't vmeven respect the others. I consistently get feeders and I don't flame them. Yes I did say "you're bad" once because the Xin flamed bot lane nonstop. ( he was something - 19 I believe. )
