Low Priority Queue (help?)

Played a game early this morning, had a player leave the game less than 10 minutes in, at that point the enemy team grouped and pushed relatively quickly and ended the game sub 20 minutes. Still participating and just losing a quick 4v5, the game ended and I received a notification that I was placed in low priority queue for leaving a game or going afk. I didn't even as much receive a warning about afk because I was still playing the game, Riot please fix things like this. I don't get much time to play the game and the last thing I want to do is wait 10 minutes to even queue for a game when I did nothing wrong and my match history reflects that...
