Riot Support complaint

I would like to make a complaint about the ; I contacted customer service only to be met with this loathsome character. I was met with copy/paste answers to everything I attempted to explain. It didn't matter what I said, the answer was constantly the same, no explanation for it or anything. When pressed as to why they were using a copy/paste response the Rioted threatened to leave the chat. I don't understand how a free to play game can afford to care so little about its player base.

Hey Irodnob,

I removed the Rioter's name from your post because, as has been explained by others, there isn't much support can do or explain in the event of a scripting or 3rd-party ban. I'm sorry you lost your account, but the only advice I have is to go through your computer very thoroughly for any software that might automate actions (more than one result per click/keystroke) or anything that modifies your graphics settings, as those are the most common causes of scripting bans.

So I'm glancing over your op.gg page. I disregarded it earlier when I assumed this was a smurf account.

I have to say, it's hard for me to grasp the disparity in skill demonstrated in these games. You went 7/4/2 as Ashe against Bots, with only 57 cs. Then, a few days later, you pop off on Diana with an astounding 29/2/7 KDA and over 200 CS, against real people. In fact, there are several EXTREMELY successful Diana games in your match history, with a skill level that isn't reflected in your other games, both before and after those Diana games.

Would you care to comment on that observation? One might suspect either a different person playing the account and/or the presence of scripts to assist those blowouts.

If it was over 3rd party software concerns, there's not much they can do to help you. They're certain you broke the rules, and due to the nature of scripting programs, they can't really explain WHY they're certain without compromising their security.

I notice you're posting on a level 12 account, which I assume is a smurf. Could there be something in your banned account's match history that you don't want us to see?

Honestly th unnecessary chat ban espically when u defending yourself needs too stop rito needs too look into this but I realize they don't care about the normal players

Dear Riot,

Apparently i was reported for having a very poor game last night. I never get banned and i am a very good positive person for the League community. I started a game last night not realizing how tired i was and I was half falling a sleep during game. Now you have banned me from playing for 2 weeks! Not only is that extreme, but also undeserved. Please un ban me, i feel I have been treated wrongly.

I mean it depends on what you asked Riot support for help for.. Were you trying to get your account unbanned? Because then it makes sense that you will get copy pasted answers. They have a strong policy on permabanned accounts, and won't unban you.

I'm agreeing with the other players who have voiced their concerns. It strongly appears that you shared your account with someone else for some reason - be it boosting, friendship, etc. Riot is under no obligation to disclose to you who used the scripts on the account - once you shared it willingly (or through negligence), you became responsible for the other players' actions. Likely, whoever you shared it with was utilizing scripts/third party programs to gain a very unfair advantage on your account. I am fairly certain you know this is the case because you tried to claim you were using a VPN to play League - not only is that irrational (as there's virtually no legitimate reason to use a VPN), but it sounds heavily like you're making an excuse for flying across the country/world repeatedly.

fuck riot man. their matchmaking is retarded and then all of a sudden i lose one game at 0 lp at gold 5 and they demote me? I'm glad this fucking game is dying thats what they get for being stupid
