Spectrum outage or service down? Current problems and outages

I received another 5 game, low-priority que ban. Before you crucify me after reading the first sentence, vvvvvvvvv
My disconnection is NOT purposeful. How so? I was playing a game against bots (as jungle, a bot dc'd Nunu), and near the end of the match. Suddenly I'm FROZEN. Internet Disconnected. So I waited, and waited, and waited.... Got a on my phone to check Down Detector for my provider, Spectrum, sure enough 67% of people are having issues with Internet and the outage map covers my area.

RIOT I beg you please.... my disconnection couldn't have had an effect on my team, we were playing bots, a bot was already missing, and the game was nearly over. Move over, I can't control or know when Spectrum disconnects my service???

This has been an on-going issue and I find this to be unjust punishment.

The more it happens the more my interest in the game is washed away.....Kaisa

Edit: I'm not asking for a repeal, I'm merely explaining my frustration..

I have Spectrum too, and around 2-3AM est, the Spectrum places here will sometimes do a reset/update, which'll knock out the internet for a few minutes.

However, if you got low-priority que... it's not Spectrum's fault. You need to leave quite a few games pretty often to get hit with a low-priority que. That is your own fault.
