Im not sure why im chat banned

I had a bag game, i didn't trash talk, i didn't swear, i told people it was a bad game that i was having, yet the only thing i can find is saying bad that really breaks anything:

Really heartbreaking, because i was close to getting honor 5.

This is espeically bad because the other guy was really trash talking to me, and he doesn't even get touched.
