I know I already posted one before but it got deleted because it was in the wrong section. But this is a different complaint.

So I was queuing with my brother then all of a sudden I get a BugSplat at the beginning of the game. If that wasn't shitty enough, I had to repair corrupt files which took the entire game AND MORE just to repair. On top of that, I get placed in a fucking lower priority queue. You're saying that Riot has an issue with their game, and I get punished for it? What the fuck is this? I would like some answers. Is it just the shitty design of LeaveBuster?

If the problem was corrupt files, that's the game not getting properly installed on your computer. It's not an issue with Riot's game, its with your installation of their game. In their eyes that means its your fault.

Something else to mention is that you don't get punished by Leaverbuster for only one leave. Riot knows that sometimes shit happens, and sometimes it can be out of our control, which is why they built some leniency into Leaverbuster so that it only punishes you for showing a pattern of leaving multiple games.

Was there something you could have done to prevent the bugsplat from happening in the first place? Probably not. However, if you got punished by Leaverbuster for this leave, that means that you have left some games in the past recently. If most/all of those leaves are due to technical issues, it's up to you to figure out a solution before queuing up for any more games.

Also, if there is a problem on Riot's end, then it would affect pretty much everyone playing a game, and Riot disables Leaverbuster in such situations.
