So this guy I reported for inting...

Is still playing, far as I can tell nothing has happened to him based on his match history on op.gg

This makes me wonder how intelligent is riots automated system really? And also makes mr wish the tribunal were back.

If you care to check this guy out, look at my most shen game in recent match history and then look at the teemo on my team.

He said both in game and pre game lobby that he was going to intentionally feed because someone on my team banned his yasuo. He then did so.

The game went almost 14 mins long (we basically just opened mid) and in 14 mins he is level 5, with 1/17/0 kda and 4 CS. There is no way anyone could honestly think, even an automated system, that this was not I intentional, and yet, he plays on, unpunished.

Even when I was brand new to league, getting my ass handed to me by everyone I encountered, i performed better than this guy by far.

So really I guess I am just posing these questions...

  1. Givin the clear intention of this douchebag, why did he not get a temp ban?

  2. Perhaps he was punished with a chat ban, but not a temp ban? If that is the case then again givin the mountain of evidence here why such a lax punishement?

  3. He mentioned this is not his main account, I don't believe that looking at his match history but for the sake of argument let's assume that to be true, is there a system in place to punish his main? If not, why not? I think people would be a bit less toxic in general of all of their accounts received the same punishment. (I am told riot is good at knowing who peoples smurfs are but idk)

there's really nothing riot can do most of us have lots of accounts and lots of IP address at our disposal.

  1. 'just a bad game"

  2. You don't get a chat restriction if you end up being punished for inting, the first punishment is a two week ban.

  3. That doesn't seem like a very good idea, and I doubt Riot could 100% positively identify the "main" accounts. It could lead to alot of innocent people being punished.

The Language Processing and Leaver Buster parts are pretty intelligent, but troll/intentional feeder detection is almost non-existent. It can detect things like full tear build, running down mid over and over, but not much beyond that.

The problem is how do you teach a computer the difference between bad and intentionally feeding?

We've seen videos of players who were punished for "intentional feeding" on the boards before, but in at least one of those cases the people watching the video were divided. Silver/Bronze players looked at it and said "no, that's a bad game with some dumb mistakes, but not intentional", while others of higher rank said "yup, intentional feeder". You'd need a system that judged feeding based on skill level.

I don't understand the problem. Pre game and in game he was open and communicated with the team:

I can show you videos of people inting on twitch chat or saved on youtube who are probably still playing that account.

I'd say it's about as intelligent as their RL people that work on this board. Considering they deleted my post with no answer, which is Exactly like the policy they have always had were you are much more likely to get punished by their system for being trolled than you will for trolling.

You could punish an innocent roomate or brother or anyone who share the connexion with the guy you want to punish.

Because you have some "second chance". Riot allows you to be mad, maybe just once, or twice, before you actually get banned. depends on the behaviour tough.
