Hi everyone so something very sad just happend yesterday.. i got permanently banned for toxic behavior, my ban before this ban were 14 days and it was 2017 start of that year and i think its 2 year since my 14 day ban and should my account not get a chat ban instead or a 14 day ban instead of perma banning after 2 years.... i have spent over $600 on my account and it is very sad i started this account 2011 and since i started to play this game again those 3 matches were the only matches i were toxic... i thought after 3 months you will not get a permanent ban directly Amumu

** i think i do not deserve a permanent ban but maybe instead of baning me i deserve a permanent mute or a 14 day ban instead because that is toxic behavior you should not get a permanent suspension from the game if you are not cheating/scripting toxic behavior has to do with chat and i think you deserve a permanent mute instead now there is emotes pings and you can ping to communicate and play the game you dont need the chat.. Amumu **

I grinded since 2011 on this account and i just get a permanent ban?

You were on the list for so long, because you continued to be toxic, albeit in a minor way. But, finally, the system caught you.

You agreed to the TOS when registering, you knew that your account might be banned for toxicity.

This is definitely worth a punishment, but if you've been playing since 2017...

If you have been playing with no punishments since 2017, contact support. If you've been getting chat restriction still, though, the system decided you just aren't going to reform and perma banned you.

It is possible, that you have been validly reported for negative chat usage so often since your last 14-day suspension, that your punishment level has not recovered even in that time. If you are validly reported, your punishment tier will not decay, or it will decay at slower rate. Therefore you never recovered and have been on the edge of being punished ever since your previous punishment. Now you managed to gather enough valid negativity (or whatever) reports to actually get punished and thus the 14-day suspension escalated into permanent suspension.

In case you don't manage to persuade Riot Support that this is an error (and even if you do), stop being negative or you will have to face the consequences sooner or later.

I hadn't looked at your logs just yet, but you do have a large gap in your play time between 2017 and 2019; punishments do not decay from time. They only deescalate from playing positive games.
