This Honor System Doesn't Bring Justice

Okay, so this honor system has been out for a while. People left and right getting level 5 honor, others still at two. Now I know its pretty typical of me to come here and whine about the honor system more, but it's getting to a point where enough is enough.

I got chat restricted for a game that happened a month before I got restricted, whatever I deserved it. I was at honor 0 till i finished my 10 chat restricted games, I then became level 1, where till this day I reside in.

'' You will still advance in honor level even though not honored, but not as fast as those who rack em up like crazy ''. Completely agree with that, but I play so many games everyday, rack up a bunch of honors every few games but i don't see me getting to level two so that i can maybe get to level 3 and 4.

Being a positive and kind person in the community is the goal of this but rewards put that incentive. I don't want to feel demotivated to be a nice person, but its hard to load up into a game of full honor 4s and 5s without feeling a bit annoyed that you cant rank up as fast even though you've been really trying hard to be nice and helpful. I even went into bot games and taught players how to play the game for Christ's sake.

All I'm saying, explain the system i.e. is it harder to go from 1-2 than it is from 2-3 and easier from 3-4 etc. Implementing a progress bar would also save everyone on that, seriously please do. All I want, is to understand this system.
