Why is it that i can be called a %%%, %%%got, %%%gotte, etc and the person who's being toxic is reported and if i say gl hf and then gg wp at the start/end of the game (only lines typed) i'm the one who gets an honor downgrade via chat restriction? It's kind of infuriating.

If those are the only two lines you typed in the entire match, as shown in your chat logs on your Reform Card, then you should submit a ticket to Player Support asking why you were given a chat restriction. Keep in mind though, while the logs you are given do not show the pre- and post-game lobby, those chats are recorded and if something was said in those that was considered toxic, it may have led to your punishment.
Because Riot has determined they don't like you and as such have set up a custom system that not allows but encourages ALL players to insult and harass you all they want and they will GAIN honor, but if you even type so much as GL HF then you will be instantly punished and lose all your honor.
Or maybe you're just lying and not telling us the full story.
How bout showing dem chat logs?
You should look around the PB forum a bit more. Plenty of folks have been suspended for hate speech.

I've never seen anyone with that chat get a restriction. You can share your chat logs and we can weigh in on them, if you'd like.
Link your chat logs. You dont have to go into email, they pop up in your client every time you log in. just copy and paste:)
I would put money on it you're lying.
If Riot were to come look at this post, they would load up your chat logs anyways, so theres no reason to lie about it, they'll know.
