It should be a zero tolerance word or phrase, but it isn't. I kind of want to see this list.

It’s derogatory but not instantly punishable. It’s still reportable and considered an insult. Unless the player is actually retarded, then it’s a statement of fact but that’s hard to prove. But 9/10 times it’s an insult.
