Straight to 25 game chat ban

2 games jumped me from 0 punishments to a 25 game chat ban. I want this reduced to a 10 game chat ban or removed all together. Thank you! <3

Were you chat restricted during Game 2? You may not have gotten notice of your chat restriction, but was Game 2 the most recent one? And if it was, did you play that game with limited chat messages?

If so, you should know that continuing to be toxic while your chat was restricted would be the reason for your increase to a 25 game chat restriction.

If these are your full, unedited logs, then you should submit a ticket to Player Support and ask them why you skipped the 10 game chat restriction tier. While it is possible to skip tiers, it usually involves a bit more toxicity than this. Granted, almost the entire chat is you complaining and arguing with your team, but it's fairly mild compared to the types of things that tend to cause an escalation. It's deserving of a chat restriction, but I would think just the first level, so a 10 game.

Just remember when you submit your ticket, be polite! Don't be demanding with them, and try to be patient. They are there to help. Ask them if there is a reason why your account was escalated to the second punishment tier, and if there is any way that it could be dropped to the first punishment tier as this was your very first punishment.

If I remember correctly: smurf accounts have a lower threshold for being classified as toxic.

It may come from the regular functioning of the IFS tracking toxicity/time or it may be an intentional design to combat toxic smurfing.

Either way, you only said one useful line per game. "iJG: singed watch for yi hes going to camp top i imagine" and "duo top"

To avoid future punishments, focus on the future, what can be done next time. Unless someone is paying you to coach them, it's the best option to ignore their mistakes (in chat; you can still modify your personal plans if you know that toplane is a complete loss for example) and not type anything that resembles placing blame for any failures.
