Constantly dealing with toxic trolls, inters and afkers in silver 5 elo that spam racist and highly offensive language and this gets me perma-banned?

Seriously 6 years and thousands of dollars spent on skins and you ban me for this...

My only offensive language is "fk off vi" when she was constantly hunting me down in an open mid game.

No.

You were perma-banned because this is your 8th penalty. You were told, not long ago, that the next penalty of any severity would result in a perma-ban.

All three of the games you posted were absolutely loaded with negative behavior, belittlement towards your own team and basically giving up.

A permanent ban, while excessive in only these three cases, would be more than warranted if you’ve been this toxic for the amount of time you’ve been playing League. Just because you spend money on League doesn’t give you the right to belittle your team or treat them like garbage.

In Game 1, you're arguing pointlessly with Zilean and the rest of your team as a whole, belittling Zilean for "losing a ranged into melee matchup", accused Zilean of intentionally feeding, made constant remarks about VI ragequitting, and on top of that all, you gave up and "opened mid" despite your team wanting to play the match out...And then you badgered your teammates about not giving up with you.

Here's a little fact for you: Opening mid is against the rules, period. It doesn't matter if you want to open mid, or if your whole team agrees to open mid. You're not allowed to do it.

More butting heads and in-fighting, calling your teammates useless, and touting yourself as being infinitely more skilled than your team. And, of course, giving up.

Seeing your attitude in these two matches, I'm gonna guess you recently came off of a 14-day ban, so, yes. Absolutely, this will get you permabanned after a 14-day ban. Excessive negativity and flame is not allowed. And don't act for a second like you were "calling shots" - you were flaming, insulting, and harassing your team.

$1000s of dollars stolen from me.

Riot didn't steal shit. You gave them that money in a non-refundable transaction. If you don't like the end-result of breaking the rules, that's on you.

14-day bans are your last warning. Any toxicity after that will trigger a perma-ban, and your chat log is full of toxic behavior.

You do realize that "open mid" is not your decision? Its team decision. Every single person in team has to agree to it.

This is completely deserved ban, you act like you are main focus in this game, like your decisions are final. If you decide to open, then game must be open. Well, how bout no?

Negative attitude = Grieving, Giving up.

I get that having your long time account in a game you've played a ton of banned feels terrible, and that having a ton of skins on an account makes it feel more valuable, but I'll never understand why people cite the money they spent on cosmetics as if that could possibly have anything to do with player moderation policy.

Literally almost all of game 1 was worthy of a punishment. Arguably more than this too, but i figured id let your first comments towards zil slide, because it wasnt yet identifiable as toxic on its own if it was just a one off statement.
