Im Permantly banned and i wanna know how i can get unbanned (if possible)

First things first, im from germany so my english is not the best and i dont know if i can write this in German. So i got permantly banned from LoL, bcs i was really toxic and i even got suspended for 2 weeks before my permantly ban. I want to know if there is any chance that i can get unbanned, maybe if i say Sorry to the LoL communtiy or something? Because the Community is upset that i was toxic.. So i wanna say I'm Sorry what i have done. I Will NEVER Say something that is upseting someone again, i dont know if this will get me anywhere but i think the Communtiy deserves that. I'm Sorry, again.

But One thing upsets me really hard and really bad, I Flamed someone because he flamed me and my teammates and i didn't wanted that so i said "Stuf" then he said something like Ni66ba and he meant Niga, after that he said German is bad, German is a bad country and stuff and i think thats racist... but on top of that he "said german is sht and KKK will rise again, niga" he said it again and again and again it triggered me so i said one time (but it wasn't okay anyways) "Niga" so then he spamed that "KKK will rise again" and "Niga"... after we lost we reported each other, sooo next day (Today) i locked in and got permantly banned for "Triggering other players and negative attitude" So im thinking now ... why did i got permanty banned and this guy not... i dont know if he got banned, but i think he didn't soo.. thats pising me really off ... I dont really know what to write in here this is my first time and i just wanted to know if there is any possbile way that i get unbanned, i'm really sorry again... sorry that i maybe wasted your time with that 2nd Text but that pis*ed me really off....

Please, Riot Games or player of League of Legends let me know if there is any chance that i get unbanned i played since Season 4.. Have a great day, dont flame like me.. and Have fun in lol! Cya
