You could literally run it down mid every game and you won't get punished. Why is that so?

It has happened to me several games now on different accounts, where a teammate just runs it down and goes 0-15. And looking at their match history, they get to do it over and over with no repercussions. [zombie-brand-facepalm] And usually it's a Nunu, why Nunu?

I went through your past 30 matches and I didn't see a single person go 0-15.

Catching intentional feeding is tricky because just playing poorly is not against the rules. Riot has to be reasonably sure that they are feeding intentionally. Player reports of intentional feeders are often filled with exaggerations and bias because they're upset that they have someone on their team doing poorly, so the report alone is not enough proof.

I've gotten a couple of my accounts below level 10 banned for a single game of hard inting

and too many to count have been banned for inting in total

Spoiler alert, they are all separate players, so doing this once or twice is not going to get them banned.

Your claim is false. So the question following it really doesnt matter, because the premise around it isnt true to begin with. I've seen several people get banned for inting. Theres even one on the boards from today.
