What are the requirements to punish someone for something other than language?

What the hell does it take for riot to ban for griefing? I have screenshots of a ww admitting in chat that he is trolling, the enemy saying they will report because he is dancing in base and not playing, along with the fact that he bragged in chat that Riot only bans for bad words. I submitted a manual ticket and player support said they would "look into it", but it's been a month and no action has occurred. The dude even added me after and has been bragging about how Riot doesn't give one shit about anything other than mean words (that you can mute :)). When I reopened my ticket, the player support said "it can take time to build a case." What fucking case are you building? I have 2 screenshots of him inting and trolling in 2 separate games, he blatantly says he is in chat, and he is giggling the whole time knowing he won't get banned. What is the fucking criteria for banning someone for something other than a few mean words? No shit people don't believe in your report system. It doesn't do anything to people who ACTUALLY ruin games. So frustrating when people int your games, you put in manual reports and screenshots, and nothing happens. Someone link me to the requirements for a ban on griefing because evidently I am missing something. https://ibb.co/t8YdWBb

The reason why it's so easy to ban players for being toxic in chat is because it's mostly automated. Bot sees bad word, bot bans, simple as that.

Griefing and intentionally feeding is fairly difficult for a bot to determine, so it has to be manually reviewed. If you want to report someone for it, your best bet is to send a ticket with definite proof.

A picture speaks a thousand words, but in this case it speaks very little. Most you can prove with that is someone being toxic, which is already mostly automated for detection. For griefing and inting it's best to record a video, at least of a replay if you're not recording live games.

I takes an active team of people who actually care. Discord and Twitch moderators works faster than Riot and for free.

99% of the time this is because your ticket is not clear and concise. Support agents are human and are not going to spend 10 minutes reading and re-reading your ticket just to grab the information that's important.

Re-open the ticket with one or two sentences explaining "This player admitted in this screenshot of chat in this game (link game) that they were intentionally losing the game faster. No further evidence is required per the Summoner's Code which states this sort of behavior is not acceptable". Don't be all worked up like you are here and include a bunch of unnecessary crap. Nobody wants to listen to you when all you do is rage.

You also don't have any way of knowing the final outcome of the investigation, and there are many reasons you may not see a punishment applied even when one is.
