why am i getting a 14 day suspension?

to my understanding out of this txt file i received from the client ive been given a 14 day suspension for sticking up for myself and using the in game mute system? what malicious behavior did i conduct? non in my opinion, why i have a teammate calling me a fucking %%%%%% 2 mins into the game i think i took the appropriate steps to keep slander to a min. i was grossed out by his behavior but im even more upset about this suspension.

so i have a 14 day suspension, and i dont know why. better yet riot cant even get a real person to discuss this with me ive made multiple tickets and both times got a bot even after requesting a person. super not happy with this or the way its being taken care of.

%%%%%% <- that. you said a 0 tolerance word multiple times so it's straight 14 day ban with no prior punishments

context doesn't matter for the automated system, you say those words you will get punished

also, your next punishment is a perma. have fun :)

Asking for reports and repeating 0 tolerance words Sure, you weren't the one saying them (I mean, technically you said them) but the ban system can't recognize that. It just detects toxicity and hands out punishments

You did a few things. One) You continually asked for a report on someone, this DOES lead to punishment because the way the report system works. It doesnt matter how many people report you, if you report ONE person the entire game is put under review, so your many instances of saying "report jhin" Two) You said a non-tolerance word. Doesnt matter if you said it as a joke or just resaying what Jhin said. You said a word that gets you banned. Context doesnt matter.

Send a support ticket and explain the issue. You were report calling, which according to Riot is negative in itself, but like others have said the IFS will not pick up on the context and simply issue a suspension since that language is contained in your personal chat log.

I can't speak for Riot Support, but I could imagine your 14 day suspension being revoked and you'd get a chat restriction instead. Good luck!
