yeh its intense flame but guess what? a support player playing a lane is almost always a loss for me and after 4 failed promos being held hostage by idiots and trolls and 0-20 bots i finally snapped on someone.

ONE game 14 day ban. good system. meanwhile in a 30min game my top lane did 6k damage and he gets to go on ruining everyones promos

If this truly is your first punishment on this account with no outstanding history of punishments prior, and if these are the full, unedited chat logs, then I'd suggest to file a Support Ticket asking for a manual review of the case, and whether or not the IFS accidentally overpunished.

Sure you weren't racist or didn't use any zero tolerance words. But you were really toxic and were attacking the Nasus the whole game That gives you a deserved ban

I'm a support main with my last 5 lane matched I won 4 of them... losing a mid matchup with only 1 death given to a 3man gank. I woulda reported yafor this even if I was not the nasus.
