Anyways to answer your question yes if you send a report or ticket to Riot, best thing to always do when reporting someone is to include a video like this in the "additional info" section, if not send a direct ticket.

i see this stuff happen in ranked games all the time, and it's sad that people can do this type of stuff and they are either not banned, or riots instant feedback system doesn't kick off til an hour or two later (had that happen before to a guy I reported who was very toxic in an URF)

What's even more sad is that you won't be able to get that LP back if you lost the game because of his antics. You just have to hope you win your next game to get BACK to nill on your rank and mmr and go from there... Something I personally think riot should look into during the pre season.

Absolutely! The moment I saw Tahm grab Lucian at low heath and throwing him at the enemy team that's the straw that broke the camel's back.

While I don't know if the choosing part in spitting is true since I haven't experienced this myself, even if it were the case, this tahm should be receiving steps towards a warning/ban anyway. You're basically down a person because their only goal is trying to kill another player on their team. I guess they should be rewarded though instead. [slayer-jinx-unamused]
