Banned for calling a player hardstuck?

So I just played a ranked game and we had an inting sona, and a toxic urgot/kha'zix duo queue. I asked them to ff, they decided to start flaming me and so i called the bronze 3 khazix hardstuck several times. Because they were a duo queue I feel as though they abuse the tribunal system riot has and I would like a review on my account and if possible can I just enter a probation period. I was banned from just 2 games after steady climbing and spending $80 on the game two days ago and frankly, I only see 3-4 toxic messages out of 40-50. Here are the messages. My "hateful speech" in game 2 was talking to my best friend and duo partner and everyone in these games said things a lot worse. So tell me Riot, why are you banning people for barely being toxic. I know for a fact that even riot members can be more toxic than this and if this is how 0.0006% of the community acts then you might want to update that to about 50%. You can watch any challenger stream and see the top players act like this and get away with it. Keep in mind that the game I said i would afk in I didn't so that instantly needs to be taken away if I was reported for that, go ahead and watch the replays if needed.

No, they don't. Threatening to AFK in and of itself is just as toxic as actually doing it.

There are at least three independent behaviors here that resulted in the punishment, comprising well over half of your chat. You were warned in your prior punishments that they would escalate if you didn't improve your behavior.

Defeatist attitude and giving up is against the rules. Also some insults. Pretty obvious case. Just kinda skimmed the log and its easy to see youdidnt get banned for calling anyone hardstuck.

I mean if this dude never got suspended I dont see why the ban would be perma instantly. Arent you supposed to get suspended first though?

im his other friend and thier is no reason for him to be banned from talking to a friend how they talk to eachother and if he hasnt been suspended or chat restrictions for 6 to 12 months he shouldnt be banned only suspended or chat restrictions and why would they do extra work to talk in other stuff when the chat system allows them to talk to eachother simpler and the chat system allows them to swear so if toxic akali is fine with the way they talk to eachother he shouldnt be able to be reported by other people that werent apart of the conversation

im his friend and we talk to eachother like this every game so theres no reason he should be banned for this the most is chat restrictions like if hes talking to me no one elses report should matter it only concerns me and him. thats like saying somone can calls the cops on someone for arguing in thier own home

also in game 2 everyone was joking with eachother and the one person was mad at the team trolling so they reported but everyone said they were cool with eachother besides the one we werent talking to so game 1 i fully understand but game to shouldnt be considered toxic when the whole team but 1 troll was talking to eachother like this

I love how everyone that's saying i deserve a perma ban doesn't realize the fact that my last punishment was over 6 months ago and that was a 25 game chat restriction. This means that riot skipped a whole step in the process of banning players, and with 6 months under the belt and previous punishments happening in previous seasons, riot banned a player unfairly

also he shouldnt be perma banned because the chat is there for a reason to talk to people be it smack or helpful words just talking to someone is not worth a perma ban at all and if you think so you need to grow up
