Changes to Punishment system for trolls and ranking up in bronze

So I was told by RIOT to make a post about this. I have included two videos I created of trolls in ranked matches I encountered the past 2 days. Basically, I can't rank up. I have the attitude to stay positive. I never ff or give up on a match. I almost never feed. I believe in being positive and teamwork. Almost every other ranked game in SOLO CUE I encounter people who rage quit, troll, AFK, intentionally feed or are just plain toxic. It's difficult to get out of bronze while doing solo cue. I feel there should be more punishment for trolls who cause misery in ranked games. I feel trolls should lose LP for ranked losses, not the team who gets stuck with the troll and has to carry. It's not fair that I lose so much elo for losing when it's not my fault. Also there needs to be more severe punishment for trolls in ranked (for example maybe they should get banned from ranked for like 1 week, 2 week, 1 month, permanently). Because the system in place ensure that trolls suffer no ramificcations for their ways. LOL has become very toxic for me to the point where i don't really enjoy it anymore. I have noticed that other game communities are not as bad. Maybe by allowing voice chat people will not troll as much due to embarassment? The anonymity of playing a LOL game where you don't hear other people also contributes to trolling.

Below are just two videos i made of games over the past 2 days where I encountered trolls in my ranked matches. It's not fair that I am constantly handicapped in my matches cause of toxic players. Riot please fix this problem or you will lose a paying customer. The experience in bronze ranked games is awful right now.
