Queue timers

I was playing a game and i was getting 2 fps i went into device manager and it said i had error 43 i searched it up and it said to restart my computer because it is impossible to play at 2 fps i had no choice but to restart it but because I "left" that game i got queue timers how is this fair to me to get timers when it was impossible to play. Mind you I joined back as soon as the computer let me. (let it be noted I was playing Aatrox you try playing him when you can not hit any q).
