Maybe you should've actually reformed, instead of trying to game the system by going a time fake "reformed"?
Maybe post the logs so we can see if you're team was being overly sensitive or if you were being toxic.
Millions of people play this game and every single one of them encounter some form of toxicity at some point or another. Yet the vast majority of those millions do not get so much as a chat restriction because the vast majority of people know how to keep their ego/anger in check. If you are truly reformed, you shouldn't have any problem dealing with toxicity much like the millions of other normal people.
You should see logs when you log into the client. If not, send a ticket to Riot support and ask for them. We'd need to see those to properly comment.
