The Many Minds of Toxic Players

These are the most common types of players I would consider toxic that I meet in game.

The Troll: The most basic and uninteresting player, finds single handedly losing games to be a fun challenge. Doesn't do it because he's tilted from a losing streak or a lost lane, just immediately goes into the game hoping to give his teammates a bad time. Luckily he is the rarest of the toxic players and only found in low elo or normals.

The Rager: More common than the OG troll, the rager only soft ints and flames when he loses lane, makes a mistake or his teammates don't read his mind. Some games they will be decent players, primarily games that they have a good KDA or win lane. This player can be in any elo, and is very common in ranked compared to normals.

The Killer Instinct: This player is not toxic when compared to the two previous types of players. This player simply realises what the best play is, but then decides he would rather make a huge risk because he is greedy/bored. The reason I consider this toxic is that the player is making a worse play on purpose. This player might also be a Raging Killer Instinct combo player, meaning if they die in a risky 1v3 they will begin spam pinging missing on whichever teammate is closest and start flaming them. This player is common in mid-elo, Gold - Diamond 3.

The Insanity: This player is usually the most frustrating out of all the other players, but it's also hard to call them toxic, so i'll leave it up to the readers opinion. This player thinks certain things about the game, that are objectively wrong and easy to point out and fix, but chooses to continue to think they are right about it. This player will make the same mistakes hundreds if not thousands of times over, and constantly be harmed in game due to it, but if someone points it out they will immediately make an excuse to blame it on something else. I would only consider these players toxic in ranked, because you don't have to care about learning the game in a normals match, but in ranked it should be a core aspect. These players are surprisingly not restricted to low elo. Hashinshin for example is a decently high elo player with a lot of great attributes that make him deserve his rank, but he refuses to learn and understand some very core principles to the game and will make excuses (like blaming his jungler) when he is called out on it.

Trolls are everywhere. they are in no way elo or game mode specific.
