I play this game since the first season.I made my acc when this game was not famous at all.I had almost all champions and a lot skins and i spend soo much time on this account...for nothing.I still cant belive that i have permanent bann for saing,, %%%" thats actualy not even a word..I will accept permanent chat restriction but permanent bann in the game is way too much.I hope that i will get help and my bann will be reduced.

If that's the 3 letter word I think it is, then yeah you deserve the ban.
Be aware that riot has a list of zero-tolerance words and phrases that if you post them to chat will get you an immediate smackdown by Instant Feedback.

Permanent means permanent. This is hate speech. While you might not be aware of a specific list of what is zero-tolerance, you still chose and used that word for a specific reason and it wasn't an altruistic one. You most likely received multiple warnings before this as well. It doesn't matter how much time or money you have spent on your account. Hate speech and toxic behavior deserves to be punished and looks like it has been in your case. If you truly want to keep playing you can make a new account, change your behavior and mindset, and keep playing, but the account that was PERMANENTLY banned is gone well... permanently. Funny how that works.

While it's no fun to have a troll in your games if you thought you could get away with hate speech by simply abbreviating it then you found out the hard way that the IFS is smarter than you gave it credit for, and you should also know by now that other peoples misbehavior does not excuse your own. There are tons of different appropriate words that you could've used but you chose poorly on this one.
As for perma-mutes, Riot tried that and it didn't work since it not only led to an increase in trolling and inting but also people just using their limited messages to continue to misbehave. If you would like to actually discuss your ban further then please post your entire unedited chat logs here in this thread.
