When will riot tickets be replied to once they are sent?
I recently sent a ticket about me getting a permanent ban but it wasn't my fault. i finally figured out what was going on. But anyways when do they reply with the tickets?

Within a day or two, you should get a copy/pasted answer that will not address or acknowledge anything you said and they'll stamp "Solved" on your ticket. If you reply to the copy/paste answer you'll typically have to wait another 2-3 days for an actual answer.

I depends, but it's usually fairly quick, but during business hours. They may have some staff working on the weekends, but likely far fewer than during the week.
