Smurfing is allowed.
Carrying people to gold by duo queue-ing with people is allowed.
Smurfing a low level account to carry people to gold by duo queue-ing with people is allowed.
What's not allowed is said player logged into people's account and play it for them.
It depends really. He's not allowed to actually play on their account. He is allowed to make a new account and duo with them
As long there's no account sharing, yea it's perfectly fine. Smurfing is just as allowed as banned players making new accounts. So yea, no harm.
Totally allowed as long as you boost on a smurf and not on their account. That is what I do for friends on this account :)
