I would like an answer if riot punishes people whom ruin games for others..if you do not get in trouble can we please be told so i can use those champions also since it ruins the game and makes morde impossible to 1 v 1.
also how do i report bug abusers?

shows it clearly..and i do not know if its fixed or not but just faced a morde whom 1 v 1 his shield almost covered his whole life bar? and i am not talking at level 18 i am talking level 4+
