Can I get my skins transferred from a banned account??? (please help)

I was banned for flaming someone who was feeding in my game. A kha had all tear in his inventory and was running it down while saying he wanted to "switch teams" I was flaming him because he was saying that he was good and he was flaming me back. I've only been reported TWICE and now I am banned for being mad at someone who is making me lose my game??? Are you kidding me??? So far it has been several hours since my ban and my friends are in contact with the khazix who was feeding and flaming. He has not recieved any penalty of any type although at least 3 people reported him. While I do not agree with my ban, all I ask is that I can get my skins back. Though I do recognize that in the moment I was very mad at the player, I have sunken several hours, and over $200 into the game. I really need some way to get my skkins back. Beacuse if not, I am just going to completely quit playing league of legends. Thank you in advance to anyone who has any helpful information.

If a rioter somehow sees this, then please explain to me why you are perma banned for being reported TWICE, not to mention for flaming in chat. Why am I not given a chat restriction? I was n't actually interferring with the game in any way, yet I am not permanently banned for my words. what part of ban do you not understand? you get banned you lose it all. Tip: Don't get banned.

Hate to break it to you, but that's not possible. The punishment wouldn't have any bite if you could just move all your skins and unlocked content over to a new account.

I'm not a Riot employee, but I can still explain it all the same.

See, flaming and toxicity is, in general, bad for the game as a whole. What little benefits toxicity has is massively outweighed by the number of negative effects, hence Riot taking a stance against it and punishing it when reported.

As per the Terms of Use, Section 5:

##5.1. Can I troll, flame, threaten or harass people while using the Riot Services? (No. If you do, you might get banned.) While using the Riot Services, you must comply with all laws, rules and regulations in the jurisdiction in which you reside. You must also comply with certain additional rules that govern your use of the Riot Services (the “Code of Conduct”). The Code of Conduct is not meant to be exhaustive, and we reserve the right to modify it at any time, as well as take appropriate disciplinary measures including account termination and deletion to protect the integrity and spirit of the Riot Services, regardless of whether a specific behavior is listed in the policy as inappropriate. In addition to the Code of Conduct, please review the Summoner’s Code for additional guidance on exemplary gameplay behavior.

The following are examples of behavior that warrant disciplinary measures:

v. Transmitting or communicating any content which, in the sole and exclusive discretion of Riot Games, is deemed offensive, including language that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, or racially, ethically, or otherwise objectionable;

This is one of the rules you agreed to, amongst a few others in the Code of Conduct.

According to your friend, you were initially given a 14-day suspension for use of hate speech. The reform card told you explicitly that any further misbehavior would result in a permanent ban.

Riot is (as anyone would be) strongly against the use of hate speech, and they expect everyone who signs up to play their game to know that it isn't acceptable to use it - hence why they issue the escalated punishment of a 14-day ban instead of a chat restriction for the first offense of hate speech.

And, ultimately, you reached the permanent ban through flaming after the 14-day ban, which was, for all intents and purposes, your final warning. Whether you believe it or not, flaming does interfere with the game, and it doesn't just affect you and the person you're flaming.

I'll give it to you short and sweet: No, you can't transfer the skins to a new account. What kind of punishment would the permaban be if you just got all of your content on a new account?

That would probably be pretty counterproductive to whatever they hope to achieve by permabanning, so no. Not possible, shouldnt be possible. Shouldnt permaban over chat in the first place, though.
