14 day bans?

How does this constitute a 14 day ban this guy called me autistic and stupid before the game started and then called me dog shit in the jungle im really confused. Im trying to defend myself and all i said was one bad word My first game i may have said like two things that would constitute a report but this game allows for people that duo quo to report people they think are bad at the game. just feel that this games moderators just ban people that get to many reports and dont even read the chats because what the guy said in this game was way uncalled for and unwarranted. Great that a multi million dollar company uses automated systems to ban my account that i spend money on.
