I swear to god I wish I was joking. The soraka support threatened to report me because I didn't give up but instead kept tryharding to win. He/she even flamed me for it. It is worth to mention that when I typed HF at the start of the game everyone on my team started mocking me.

That sucks to have someone get mad at you for trying to win. So long as you didn't flame them and weren't rude to them in any other manner (or anyone else), you can rest assured that trying to win will never be a punishable offense.
You're under no obligation to surrender, give up, or otherwise try to end the game early, and for them to think that they can force you to or even just expect you to is a bad attitude and really quite rude of them.
tsk tsk. How dare you try to win?! Next you'll tell me that you actually bought items in the match! What is platinum coming to these days.
In all seriousness, wow. I can understand being frustrated and tilted by how a match is going, and even wanting to move on to the next one. I can even understand when people call for a surrender on matches that are, in their opinion, not winnable. What I cannot understand is why someone would actually go out of their way to flame someone for actually trying to win though. Sorry you had to deal with that.

People can report you all they want, if you didn't do anything wrong, the system will filter it out as a false report.
Of course, if you did something to validate their report, then that is on you.
