Question regarding a 14-Day Suspension.

Been playing League, since late Season 2. Since that time I have been chat restricted twice. It is season 9 right now and I haven't gotten a warning nor a chat restriction in the last 3 to 4 seasons regarding toxic behaviour or unsportsmanlike conduct. In my eyes, I seem to play with a reasonable mindset, occasionally loosing my cool, and slurring out a mild insult which compared to what I've been called before seems really subtle.

I have received a 14-Day Suspension where the chat logs provided have only shown me insulting someone in 1 game, and insulting someone again in another game. Once in the chat. I'll provide the chatlogs. The insults were aimed at players who were being heavily negative towards the game and the players in that game. According to the response I got from a Blitzcrank bot in the ticket, I've received 7 reports in my last 20 games that would mean I have been reported by 7 players out of the 200 I've played with, with no warning nor chat restriction during that time. What I believe to have caused this is that during one game, that would be a game 1 chat log I'll provide. The allied player, Sylas who has been spamming the chat with negative comments almost all game, have used the n-word during the game either aimed at someone from the allied team or the enemy team. In the post-match lobby i have asked the players involved in the game if they could report sylas for being negative, toxic and saying the n-word in-game. However, without thinking I used the full n-word, of course not aimed at anybody in my sentences. Saying ''you legit said nier in-game'', ''calling people niers'' and ''don't call people ''ni**ers and you won't get reported''.

Does this really count as an acceptable account suspension? 7 reports in 20 games, no chat restrictions or warnings for 3-4 seasons. Could this possibly be an auto-detect system error, or have the 2 insults i have used been too far and the ban is deserved or was my behaviour just unacceptable?
