Permanent Banned and my tickets are being closed instantly.

Hello everyone,

I am being banned because i typed brain damaged to someone who was feeding intentionally and harassing me but that is not the point of this discussion. I want to know why my tickets are being closed by Turkish Riot employees when i am playing on EU-West region. I can't change my region to EU-West and a random Turkish Riot employee told me to open a new ticket but there is no such option as region selection. Now the Turkish Riot is closing my tickets instantly and telling me nothing as an answer. I just want to speak with anyone from EU-West region for my permanent ban.

Make sure you are on the euw support site, alternatively try tweeting them and ask what's up.

shouldn't you post this in EUW support board or something? I don't know how much experience NA players would have with regards to support tickets for EUNE and EUW and there is no Rito employee here on this board.

The problem is i am actually using the euw support site, but it automatically directs me to Turkish region and they say that they can't help me. They are now closing my tickets and i can't even ask how am I even going to contact EU-West Riot. I am not using twitter but does that work if I open one and ask them?

Have you tried logging out and logging back in on the EU support site? The supportsite is often bugged for me as well.
