Im Sick Of This Comunity

So last few games I tried to switch my main role to top and it was the WORST mistake I ever made! Every game like 7 of them I got top lane,and some guy just instalocks without saying anything, picks teleport and goes top lane. Im not a raging guy, im tolerant but I HATE when someone trolls me, but the thing is they dont say anything whole time ,when enemy top laner comes they rush into him and give him first few kills and goes to another lane PLAYING
NORMALY...not trolling but playing just normaly,sometimes some of them goes AFK.Im really sick of that so I report them for griefing but I got that feeling that Riot just says "meh fuck it he will stop trolling somedays" This trolling situation is getting worse and nothing is happening!
