Riot should introduce a low prioity queue for people who die to much

Who here has played a game of league where everything is fine game is going good then bam, 1 kill to the enemy team. okay thats all good we can still win, just need to calm down and... another kill, and another, and another, and another. 12mins in you mid laner or top or adc who ever is already 1/8/0, then they say i cant do anything they are just to good. Like come on should of stopped fighting them after the second kill you gave them.

Anyway i feel riot should implement some sort of system where you can report a play not for inting for dying to much and after enough of these reports, they get put into a lower priority, or they get queued with a the same people who have been getting reported for the same thing, it is so annoying when you have a great game winning lane roaming doing good getting the team ahead but then the fed laner comes in and 1v9's the whole team needs to be fixed.
