Please make leavers pay the full price of LP lost in ranked. Leaving is toxic to both teams and the punishment for leaving should reflect the action. A random connection loss happens to everyone but people who DC often know they have issues and shouldn't play ranked anyway.
Real life emergencies do happen. While a shitty situation for the other 9 players, people should not be punished more than losing their LP and get hit with LB because they chose to call 911 and went with the ambulance for their family members over playing ranked League.
While I do not deny there are many real rage quitters out there, Rito is not going to cause massive collateral damage in an effort to punish rage quitters. It's the same reason Rito will not do IP bans.
Are you suggesting that someone should drop an entire rank for leaving a match? Can you imagine the amount of people who would rage about something like this being implemented, and the number of people complaining about how bad of a policy it would be after being punished after a disconnection that they had no control or intent over?
