Mr Pheer I came back home from work and found out that my account was suspended and that my brother has been flaming and being rude to people, which accounts for the ban, i had no idea that hes gotten my account suspended in the past before and this time fully completely, i only let him play on it because i have been buying skins since season 1 and have most the champs owned. If i would have known that he was flaming everyone and being extremely inappropriate i would have never let him play on my account in the first place. Ive been a faithful league player since season 1 and have invested money in this company cause its fun and i believe the system is great for everyone but i dont want to be punished cause of my younger brother and not be able to access my own account

Account sharing of any kind is against our terms of use and is in and of itself a bannable offense. Ultimately, each player is responsible for their own account and the actions taken on that account. We provide a password and username to each player in order to help maintain security, but if you chose to share these credentials with another person, there isn't anything further we can do, and you are still responsible for their actions on your account. Mr Pheer Ahhh and that i had no idea that it was against terms of use to share witha family member since we share the same computer. I can ultimately understand that, I just dont want to be punished by his actions, Is there any way i can at least get a transfer of everything i put into my account that he got banned? I dont want to have to rebuy every single skin on a new account... so many skins :/

Thats just mainly what im really upset about that i put so much money on skins cause i love this game, and for him to ruin it for me. Well lets just say we really wont be on friendly terms anymore

Borrower We kinda believe that the chat is an important tool for communicating with your team. In extreme cases, we recommend players mute others that are being toxic, but in general we believe that communication is very important. Mr Pheer I mean, ive been playing since you guys were a small company

And i completely agree with that fact, but how are you suppose to continue to communicate if the account is banned anway, thats just getting rid of a faithful player that has invested loads of time AND money into you. How would you feel if i told you you couldnt play anymore due to discrepancies that happened and you, are generally screwed?

Borrower Toxicity would just come out in other ways in most cases. which is why we don't offer it as an option. Mr Pheer Think of the toxicity that may occur outside of the game due to things like this
