Ban Appeal

Greetings Rioters,

This account got permanently banned for unsportsmanlike conduct probably about 5 years ago (though clearly was never banned from the forums). While I understand a permanent ban implies that it will never be lifted, I was hoping to appeal this ban on the grounds that 5 years is a sufficient amount of time for my in-game behavior to have changed substantially. I have since made another account and have not had any major issues with my sportsmanship. My new account has far surpassed my original (this one) in terms of collections of champions, skins, and runes, but it would mean a lot to me to have my very first account back (which I made way back in the LoL beta) to play on as well.

My perception of the ban system is to issue punitive actions to players who are consistently unsportsmanlike in the hopes that they will eventually see the errors of their ways and become more of a helpful team player, even when frustrated in-game. In my opinion, 5 years is a sufficient amount of time for this type of behavior to change, even though the level of punishment is technically permanent, evidenced by my ability to maintain my new account without any major suspensions. Of course I have had hiccups along the way (i.e. temporary chat bans), as is the nature of the reform process, but my in game attitude has changed substantially as I've matured, and I feel that my original account deserves a second chance, perhaps with a "probation" period, if you will.

Thank you for your consideration.

Email support although don't expect an actual answer or for it to get unbanned. Posting on the forums does nothing.

I would actually love to see a red tracker on this one. 5 years is a long time, and riot can confirm your other account. I'm not sure why people are down voting this, it seems like a reasonable and well thought out request.
