Got hacked more then a month ago, hacker got my account suspended being toxic, i recovered it and

So a month ago on the 22th of feb my email was hacked and alot of my game accounts where compromised, i didnt notice because i went on vacation for awhile to Europe. When i came back i noticed my email i use for games got hacked and i began getting them back. Fast foward to about 7 days ago i was flamming at my team and got reported then i received a permaban. Seeing as i did not recieve a 2 week ban or anything else prior i sent a ticket in to support, long story short they dont give a shit that i got hacked and the idiot who did got me a 2 week suspension which led me to getting a perma. Anyway ill leave the emails below if anyone could help me out And yes i did send a ticket in to recover my account a few weeks ago and yes i was being toxic but if i had known the guy who hacked me got my account hacked i would of just been quiet forever

Looking into the account you were two week suspended on 2/25/2016 until 3/10/2016. Unfortunately you were two week suspended very recently. While I wish I was in the wrong here, it doesn't seem to be the case.

Im sorry i might have replied nasty, but i did not know whoever hacked me got my account suspended, please look into this im begging you i really love playing league and ive invested so much time and effort in my account, i know im ruining other peoples experiences by being mean but i will change

i did not have my account in that period of time, i got hacked on the 22nd and could not get my account back due to going on vacation, i made tickets a few weeks ago

It make total sence that it got banned now but i got hacked and just got it back recently, i know it sounds super sketchy but please look into it, you will see i submitted a ticket it

Unfortunately as the account holder you are responsible for all security, along with all actions on the account. Other players don't know it isn't you on the account, and it still causes a negative experience for them. Since that is the case we cannot reverse the penalty.

I know you must get bullcrap emails of people asking to be unbanned but my case is diffrent, yes i should of been quiet and not toxic but if i would of known that whoever hacked me got my account suspended i would of quickly changed but i did not and now i face the consequences. But please im one of those cases that are 1 in a million, look into my previous tickets i recovered my account recently. Anyway im only asking you not to see me as just another toxic piece of crap, please

I would assume if you did get hacked, it would clear your account of any errors prior to your account being hack. With that said you seem really toxic, and if anything does deserve a permaban seeing as you like to call people useless, idiot, retard is probably what caused the trigger of the ban since no one really has any use of the word aside from harassing someone.

At first i though it was an error from riot since i did not know the guy or girl who hacked me got a prior suspension for being toxic PIP viernes a las 20:43 Hey ramza75,

I've seen a few of these kinds of bans being reversed, but I doubt it's going to happen in your case.

If this hacker got your account banned for 2 weeks, you would have found that out when you received a reform card. If not then, you surely would have found out dealing with customer service as part of the account recovery process. Riot also would have removed that "penalty" from the account at that time.

Even if everything you say is true, as dubious as it sounds, Riot could still choose to keep the ban in place after auditing your account. I've seen several people come to the forums to argue the legitimacy of 14 day bans, and end up permanently banned after the account is reviewed more thoroughly. I doubt there's much incentive to help an admitted "toxic piece of shit" back into the community.

I have never once had riot actually do anything about any support ticket ever. Even when their own board says it was their servers that messed up, you contact support and they ask you to send them log files. Even if you for some reason do that, when you know for a fact it was their service, nothing ever gets done.

There is always some BS excuse of policy stating this or that, or that they can't change anything. I have even sent them screenshots of where they posted in client and on their website they are having server problems randomly, and they still refuse to change anything, give rp, boosts, nothing. They always act oblivious that it was them that screwed up and that it was probably your own network or 2000 dollar computer that's brand new and running everything else perfectly, and has been running league perfectly for the past 3-4 hours. Absolute crap customer service.
