Permanently banned for no reason.

Guys I really need help. So it has been three years since I have been playing League of Legends and in between I stopped it because I got busy with college and studies so for about 6 to 7 months I was inactive but after that when I logged in my account after such a long time random message popped up saying that my account has been permanently suspended due to extensive audit of in - game behaviour and along with that there were the chat logs that I clearly remember didn't belong to me because I very well remember not indulging in any toxic behaviour against any player the last time I played. I have never ever been toxic to anyone for the past years. This is happening with me for the first time and I'm a bit worried that my account might have been compromised since I never even gave my username or password to anyone and I have to face the consequences even though its not my fault. Submit a ticket. Only way to potentially resolve. Boards will not help you, because boards cannot help you.

So your assertion is that Riot randomly dug into it's player base of roughly 80 million subscribers and chose you to ban for no legitimate reason other than a New Years gift?

It can take time to sort things out in the case of a compromised account (unfortunately, there are people who will lie and try to blame their own poor behavior on some ficitonal hacker).

In the mean time, I'd suggest making a new account and learn how the game has changed since you last played.

If your account is compromised, banning it would be the best solution.

There is a process for this. Send in your support ticket and Riot will look in to it.

Solution: Don't share accounts. Make your friend pay for it

Come on we can clearly see the lie here you played a lot of games the last few days and most likely you had passed already the 14 day suspension and once you create your account you agree that its your responsibility

Yes, I did send a ticket to riot but I don't think they understood what I meant. They replied saying that my account was banned because of extensive auditory in - game behaviour but how can that even be possible because I have been inactive for 6 to 7 months. The only thing I could think of was that my account must have been accessed by someone else and even before giving a warning or a chance for me to change my password they just thought of banning me that also permanently which was quite harsh and unfair on their behalf.

It is very hard to believe most people who post about unfair bans. If your account was compromised put in a support ticket and riot can see if it was accessed from other locations. (this can take a while to determine)

If your account wasn't compromised then post the chat logs.
