This was a game where my Brand banned my Draven adc, So i was annoyed but I was okay with that, So i went graves adc, I was doing my best at bottom, but brand never came bottom with me, he said " you must be joking if you think im going to support graves adc ", so I ended up 1v2ing bot lane and only died once early game, then kayn started to harass me as well, which in turn I did a mute all, I refrained as much as I could from being toxic, earlier in the game Brand said something along the lines i do this everytime idc and thats what led me to say im taking a screenshot and submitting a report, when I asked to ff 15 I was being genuine not toxic, the game ended at 20 minutes I thought it would be logical and we would save some time and just go next. But I guess leagues banning system viewed me as toxic over the brand who got away scotch free while getting me banned for literally doing nothing. I feel as if I was a scapegoat for my team, I just spent $60 on the game because I wanted to try my hardest to get prestige kaisa, but Now im banned cant get a refund and apparently cant get my account back. I dont understand what I did wrong please help me understand why I was banned or please help me change the policies of Riots banning system because I still to this very moment dont think that ban was justifiable. It doesn't really matter who started it. If you spend an entire chat log complaining, arguing, and insulting your fellow players, expect action to be taken against your account. If you do it frequently, expect to get banned.

You were negative but you shouldn't be banned or chat restricted for that. Their system is for care-bears and snowflakes. Yeah, I said it. I think they forgot this is a video game.

Toxic meme bingo, so many toxic players say these things:

  1. Enjoy the ban
  2. Report X please (when its harassment)
  3. u don't say? (not common in league but still a meme)
  4. ff at 15 please?
  5. muted

Ok, don't take this seriously, but riot policy is to ban players who are consistently jerks. Its between you and riot to know how many games you were a jerk in.

For what it's worth, if the information you presented is honest and truthful, your babviour was not, in my opinion, ban worthy. I will say two things.

  1. This board is not where you should be making your case. You don't need to convince, you need to convince Riot. Submit a ticket and make your case.

  2. If you want to avoid being banned in the future I would recommend taking a deep look at your own behaviour and not other peoples. You didn't need to say anything that game. If you'd just picked an alternative adc, went to lane and valiantly 1v2ed till 20 min when your team would ff anyway, and muted them without letting everyone know (there is really no need to let people know, that's just spite) then you would have looked like a Saint and brand would be the focus on everyone's attention. Focus on your own behaviour and you'll notice that other people's attitude toward you will improve.

Aside, communication is fun. I don't even mind most of what you wrote but you need to realize that in a game where you can only type to each other saying something like 'ff at 15 please' can be interpreted many ways, depending on each of the other players attitudes and how they felt at that time. Saying something with more detail gets your point across better. 'Our support is refusing to play, we have a poor chance at this game, how about we try to ff at 15 and get into a new game?'. Much clearer and you don't instantly get grouped with all the other ragers who type 'ff@15'. And most importantly if the chooses to keep playing, you keep playing. What's 5 more minutes.

I'm not trying to be critical but there's plenty you could have done better.
