New Meta! Insta lock a support and feed when you don't get kayle.

Everyone is so desperate to get their hands on Kayle they pick off role in ranked to get that free lp, but as soon as another teammate picks Kayle or she gets banned insta lock a support top. First two games after the patch goes live this happens. I've been enjoying the positional ranked with minimal issue but thanks to today's update ranked just became unplayable, and frankly I'd rather not test my luck further. So far its been an adc and a jg main queing up for top only wanting to play kayle, and then baby raging when it's picked/banned. Worst part is I bet none of these people gets any kind of punishment for trolling despite using ghost off cooldown to get back to lane faster, or holding our matchmaking hostage with demands of kayle or feed. Idealistically I'd say new/reworked champions need to disabled from ranked for some amount of time, but honestly that doesn't even solve the whole problem as this toxicity is likely just as prevalent in normals atm. Sidenote if anyone knows of a better outlet for reporting trolls I'd appreciate it.
