14-Day Suspension for what exactly??

So i was just recently suspended on League due to what they consider "unsportsmanlike behavior" when all I was doing is responding back to the other toxic player that provoked me to begin with. Now what I dont find fair is the fact that Riot probably did this to me and did not return the favor to the other player who made the report but also had toxic behavior towards me which started this whole thing on being unsportmanlike. All i'm saying is this is not fair to other players if not both players are suspended for the same reason and only 1 takes the punishment, definitely will get people to leave the community since it feels like I'm a little kid in pre-school all over again. I could understand a 2 to 3 day ban, but 2 whole weeks is just abusing the power of which you have at that point considering the "behavior" was not racism and/or discrimination..

Yeah that WOULDNT be fair. Unfortunately, you have no evidence of unfair treatment. You only think they "probably" didnt get punished, for literally no reason lol. You even stated it as a fact that they probably didnt get punished. Where you getting this information? Thats so dumb to form such a strong opinion on something you are completely ignorant of. All the people posting here supporting riot will not realize it until they get banned one day for talking back to a premade team who abuse ...I know u all will jump back at me saying u could mute them ...I did do it after 10mins but the premade team reported me and I got a chat restriction being honor 5 player ever since honor system was introduced !

I can paste my end of the chat here it was just an argument with no obscene language what so ever(not even a single word) ...my replies were about the game and the decisions made by me in the game.

It just tells that they don’t consider the positive honors I’ve collected over the years but takes into account the reports of people who are abusers themselves . Just think about how true will be the report submitted by a person who is an abuser ! Should that even be taken into consideration is a different topic altogether!

Their support team is not ready to hear my side of the conversation or ready to accept the flaws in the system ...well this being a free game they can do whatever they want ! Anyways u just have to put up with it and always disable chat ....honestly if their system is supposedly working the same way as how it is advertised 60% of the players whom I play with should be getting a chat ban within 10games that they play.

I don’t know about other Elos ...play 10games in gold-plat elo and see how many ppl flame at a jngler in chat if their lane loses! If the chat ban system works like it is advertised ...shouldn’t we be playing with less flamers and blamers?

you flat out dont know the other person didn't get punished. they could have, with either a simple chat restriction, or simply could have not, because they aren't toxic enough on a regular basis to justify one.
if you got 14 days banned, but as you said weren't using hate speech, you've had 1 minimum other punishments prior. that's hardly abuse.
