hi riot i want to speak about something when u play rank games and u have flamers in your team and trollers made u lose points then when u speak with them u will be toxic and u get premabenality ban why i got this ban i didnt mean being bad toxic player just i say to them stop feeding stop troll is that flame sry about my bad faces pls can u forgive me and remove this ban i will never speak with anyone

Unless the punishment was given in error, it is highly unlikely to be reversed. Their behavior doesn't excuse your own.

On your 14 day ban report card it CLEARLY said that the next offence will lead to a permanent ban And riot never unbans justified bans. And your ban was justified

So nah, you won't be unbanned
