Why should I be held responsible for other people's entertainment?

Video games... They're meant as entertainment. When you come to play a video game you come to have fun. Play competitive. etc. Play with friends. etc. In this warped society though if you mess up some, if you have computer issues, if you talk in a way others dont understand or dont like you are reported. Ppl get reported almost every single game. Ppl talk about toxicity as a slang word thats gone viral as if its everywhere. The real problem I believe is riots philosophy system and summoners code. Too often riot doesnt publicly specify their ideology and it only leads to warped gamers who think they can be entitled to their wants when in reality if they just played and stopped paying attention to others they might learn to have a good time.. They essentially say, lets sacrifice the one to save the community. When in reality the community is made up of just a bunch of individuals. A large chunk of players play solo or duo. Even then for the ppl who play flex. its more prone to ppl you know lowering the chance ur gonna get narcissistic. I dont understand why riot allows the community to stay down this path, or try to redeem itself by renewing and changing its moral values. I assume private interests to keep the gamers clueless and the game making money and revenue for the employees. Ideas?

Because you are unimportant.

Riot is a business. If they let everyone do whatever they want, they would have ama lot of flamers who rage quit games.

Instead, Riot caters to the vast majority of their players, and punishes unsportsmanlike behavior.

This is a video game, yes, but it's more like a club soccer team. You start berating your teammates or run away uh the middle of the game? Out you go.
