Hello,

I feel I've been permanently ban unfairly... Do you actually have mods that looks at the conversations or it just a system that records reports? I literally reinstalled the game yesterday on my computer after 10-12 months of not playing and got insta banned less then 24 hours later. Out of those games I've played (5-6), I must've been aggressive in one game at least and that was because some guy was attacking me (am I not supposed to defend myself?). This guy was being toxic,calling us trashing and asking for us to get reported.... and I defended myself. That's the reason I got perma ban.

I don't believe you guys actually look a the conversation logs or barely do cause this is completely unfair. I would've understood if I was the one being toxic and calling people out but for defending myself?

Can we work something, cause i've put some amount of money on that account and would like to get it back.

Post chat logs from the League client. That way we can see if the ban was deserved.

However, even if the guy was being super toxic towards you, you shouldn’t have defended yourself. Sure, in the heat of the moment it may have seemed right, but it’s not worth it. It’s better to have just muted the person, and reported them after the game.

I’m sorry for the ban, but your previous 14 day ban did warn you that you were on thin ice, and anything you say could get you banned.

Just mute, it won't matter in 20 minutes later in the next game.

they don't look at it and dont care. My account got banned for the same reason, some guy attacked me for dying during a gank. He wished cancer and death on me and my mother so I retorted and said a some curse words and mean words to him (no slurs were used). They basically said it doesn't matter who started what, you're not allowed to defend yourself.

the fucking chat police is ridiculous in this shitty game. I understand banning for slurs, no one wants that in this world, but you cant even call someone a "fucking worthless scumbag human being " after they said "im praying for you to get cancer and die a slow early death. I will truck your mother's dead body", no i'm supposed to take that ? Just press mute ? No i wont be trained and coerced into being a pushover, that's a recipe to get taken advantage of in real life.

no one even chats in this shitty game now. It's all tryhards in normals too. Maybe 1 in 10 games are fun with people goofing off and joking playfully in chat. Years ago the chat was fun. Now everyone is too butthurt about every little loss and scared of bans so the chat is dead

It's unlikely you'll reach anyone here who can directly look at your case and make a judgement that will have any effect. The people here can give you their opinion on your situation, but that would be it.

If you want to contact a Riot employee I recommend using a support ticket or their live chat.

Two wrongs don't make it right. The most efficient way of dealing with players like that is to mute and report.

That's the reason I got perma ban.

The reason you got permabanned, was cause you probably acted toxic. I presume you had a 14-day ban prior to you taking your 10-12 month break from league?

Permabans don't get reversed, unless it was a 100% false positive. Post your chat logs, and also let me know did you have a 14-day ban prior to this ban.

Hey there, Summoner! Your account was suspended because you used abusive language, and made a negative experience for your team. Your only way of competing on the Fields of Justice is to create a new account. Remember, suspensions are retracted ONLY if the suspension is an error, which means your account is lost forever. And also Riot Games do not care who started, they just bring justice. Hope I helped!
