Team mate Intentionaly assisting the enemy team - I downloaded the recorded game - Now what?

Hey guys,

After years of playing this game I have finally had enough. I have had to resort to actually reporting people individually or finding a way hopefully via forums/riot site to do this.

It is very obvious that this companies current system is completely and utterly useless for punishing intentionally feeding / intentionally assisting enemy team members They do not get punished because when they do you get a message saying a recent report for another player has resulted in them getting punished...Well guess what it didn't happen to hundreds of people through the years purely based on number of times I received this message.

SO.

I have the download the game record of the particular game via the option at the end of the game.

Now what are my options for reporting this ridiculous choice to ruin our hard worked game because the particular player decided to be childish and give the game away purposely. Very obviously also in his decision to afk at a buff whilst our team have chance to end game. This is not only time the player decided to be like this. Earlier in the game multiple times he purposely ran into the enemy jungle where I pinged multiple multiple times Not to go. I also typed the enemy is there and he just runs there and dies...I mean what can i possibly do? What more can I do seriously? Im fed up of this type of behavior and it not only wastes the entire time of waiting for game, champ select and game time but also the whole point of ENJOYING the game....

Why is it that this system has not been changed through the years? Honestly? For a game that makes SO MUCH MONEY and is SO HUGE. WHY are they not and as a community we not fighting against these types of players? Is there a place to report the recordings to riot of individual games? Surly intentionally assisting the enemy is deserving of more than a ban than someone that is trying to help the team win by making calls. I mean come on we are human not robots to just mute all and act like its fine to waste an hour of your day because of 1 child?

It really is not fair on people that try and enjoy the game and the ranked system when you have people willing to waste other 4 peoples times on your team. Games are so long in league of legends and there is no fair punishment for people that waste that time. Yet someone that responds, makes calls and has a genuine positive approach to these people and there team gets punished for being a human and having an emotional response to INTING? Hello? Come on...

Lets please put a little bit of time into a system that monitors the game records and punishes these people....
